Choose Kindness

“Be kind and compassionate to one another.” — Ephesians 4:32

Everyone you meet is carrying something you may know nothing about — pressure, disappointment, grief, fear, or simply the weight of everyday life. People are already dealing with enough. If your intentions are not good, it is better to step away than to add to their stress.

Today, may you choose to be a person who brings peace, kindness and grace into the lives of others. Let your words encourage rather than wound, your actions lighten rather than burden, and your presence leave people feeling better, not heavier. Sometimes kindness is simply knowing when to speak, when to help, and when to leave someone in peace.

Prayer

✝️ Prayer: Lord, give me a kind heart and pure intentions. Help me to be sensitive to what others may be carrying and never knowingly add to their burdens. May my words and actions bring peace, encouragement and grace. Amen.🙏🏾 💫 May God surround you with peace today, guard your heart from unnecessary stress, and place kind-hearted people along your path. May you also be a source of kindness and light to everyone you encounter. Have a peaceful and blessed Thursday. Shalom! 🕊️✨ GOD is LOVE. Keep it Jesus Always.
