Purpose-Driven Leadership.
"For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do." — Ephesians 2:10
The message today reminds us that true leadership begins with understanding God’s purpose for our lives. Purpose-driven leaders do not simply lead from ambition, position, or recognition; they lead from a place of calling, humility, and service.
God’s purpose is not only about what we achieve, but also about the people we influence, the lives we touch, and the values we uphold. Whether we lead in our families, workplaces, churches, or communities, we are called to reflect God’s character through wisdom, compassion, integrity, and love.
A leader who seeks God’s direction understands that success is not measured only by results, but by faithfulness. When our personal purpose aligns with God’s purpose, our leadership becomes a blessing to others.
As you begin this new week, ask yourself: Am I leading in a way that honours God? Am I using the gifts He has given me to serve and uplift others?

✝️ Prayer: Lord, guide me to live and lead according to Your purpose. Give me wisdom, humility, and a servant’s heart. May my words, decisions, and actions bring glory to You and encouragement to those around me. Amen! 🙏🏾 💫 May God order your steps this Monday and week ahead. May He strengthen you to walk boldly in your purpose, give you wisdom in every decision, and use you as an instrument of His love and grace.
